Whitney has quickly gotten up to speed and found ways to help contribute to the projects she has been working on. She takes time to think to understand and brings a very thoughtful approach to digging into solutions while still delivering on time and taking the roast out. She is a self-starter who is always hungry for more knowledge and opportunities. She has been honing her strategic skill set while taking opportunities to deliver on design work as well. She always delivers on her commitments and her deliverables help us to drive work forward. And she has shown commitment to exhibiting the behaviors that are aligned with our culture. Whitney has been a great addition to our team.

Mentoring Whitney has been a great experience. She has a strong self-starting demeanor in learning and connecting with others. In her time as an intern, she has been professional, invested time in connecting with team members across the company, and is eager to dissect a problem and find the solution. She has naturally started each piece of work given in the problem space. Figuring out the what and why before moving to the how. This is a practice that is not naturally followed and will take Whitney very far in her career if continued. I look forward to seeing where her work ethic and strategic abilities take her.
